Located in Town & Country, Missouri, our little restaurant lives in the converted service bays behind a neighborhood Phillips 66 station. What once housed cars and tools now fills the air with the smell of slow-smoked meats, warm baked goods, and the kind of cooking that brings people back week after week.
Our kitchen focuses on the classics. Barbecue smoked with patience, hearty sandwiches piled high, comforting sides, and desserts baked from scratch. From pulled pork and brisket to mac and cheese and gooey butter cake, everything we serve is meant to feel familiar, satisfying, and made with care.
